“Vi ble møtt av eieren som kort viste oss de nederste fasiliteter på hotellet. Vi har vår hund med, hvor vi fikk utlevert en liten pose med snaks, en ball og en rull bæsjeposer. Den var ny, aldri fått sånt på et hotell. I tillegg hadde dem hundeseng og matskål om vi ikke hadde dette....enorm god service hele veien generellt.”

“The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel was beautifully kept. The river terrace was impressive (although the weather was not brilliant for us - not the hotel’s fault!). Ample parking and well located for a short walk into town.”

“Spacious and elegant rooms with convenient location close to the gothic cathedral iright in front the cruise terminal and Centro Botin. Our room had nice views of the bay. It is a 35 minute walk to Playa Magdalena, so you might find better to rent a bike, to make it easier to move to the other beaches and around town. We drove into Santander and found the free on site parking very convenient. I parked myself and it was quite an experience since you access the parking space on a car lift. I……

“Nice and peaceful location. Beautiful surroundings. New building is great but our suite wasn’t worth it. Although spacious but It’s outdated and needs renovation. I would recommend getting a regular room in the new building for any one planning to stay there.”

“Een 18 minuten stappen de heuvel op van de oude stad, behoorlijke klim. Maar heeft een zwembad, ruime kamer en badkamer en een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt.”

“Goed gelegen hotel in het oude centrum van Santillana. Mooie kamer en goede badkamer, maar geen frigo of waterkoker op de kamer, en als je de stoel bij de bureau zet, kan je nog met moeite door. Wifi was erg traag en zwak.”
